Pig Roast Generates Money For American Cancer Society

Agnesian HealthCare is donating $1,066 to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Fond du Lac thanks to proceeds from a pig roast served by representatives from Agnesian Cancer Care services. In addition, Agnesian HealthCare served as a main event sponsor.

            “Agnesian HealthCare is proud to support the American Cancer Society as we share a common mission,” says Bill Daly, director of Agnesian HealthCare Oncology Services. “We are grateful to provide vital cancer care services to individuals in Fond du Lac and surrounding communities. We know that it is important that as many healthcare services be available close to home.”

            In addition, Agnesian HealthCare also kicked off its 2013 Pink Glove Dance filming at the August 2 event at the Fond du Lac High School. Last year, Agnesian HealthCare’s Pink Glove Dance video ranked in the top 10 percent nationwide. This year, Agnesian HealthCare has the opportunity to win $25,000 for the American Cancer Society. Interested participants were able to wear pink gloves and be involved in the video.
