Plymouth Man Charged For Abandoning Pets In SUV

Sheboygan County prosecutors have charged a Plymouth man suspected of leaving two dogs and a cat abandoned in a car two weeks ago. According to the criminal complaint officers were sent to a gas station on Highway 57 for a report of an abandoned vehicle with animals in it.  The SUV was registerd to Joseph Sanfelippo who was eventually arrested.  A cat was sitting on the dash, and two dogs were kenneled in the back of the car.  The windows were cracked, but the vehicle had been sitting for days.  The Humane Society came for the animals.
