Polar Vortex pounds the Postal Service

The current polar vortex is putting a choke hold on mail service. Some retail post offices will be open, but couriers won’t be delivering any mail in 10 states. he affected states.  That means no mail in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, the Dakotas and Pennsylvania.
