Police Chief Thanks Waukesha Community
Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson thanked community members, during Monday night’s vigil for victims of the Christmas Parade tragedy.
“I want to personally thank you all for being here. Unity and community is showing love to one another, which is the starting point to healing.”
Five people died, and more than 40 were injured, when a man drove an SUV into the parade route on Sunday. Thirty-nine year-old Darrell Brooks, Junior is in custody and faces homicide charges.
