Puppies Burned By Bleach In FDL

An eight-year-old Fond du Lac boy and his mother are facing possible charges after two puppies were burned by bleach. Police say one of the puppies was found in a dumpster at an apartment complex after a neighbor heard it crying. The puppy may have nipped the boy while he was playing with it. It’s suspected the child poured bleach on the puppy and splashed another with it before putting the puppy in a garbage bag and placing it in the dumpster. The mother allegedly knew what happened, but did nothing about it. Three puppies were rescued from the apartment. One is being cared for by the Humane Society and two others through a foster family.
