Resignation Of FDL Stem Principal Approved

The Fond du Lac School Board this week approved the resignation of STEM Principal and District Coordinator of Assessment Don Smith. District Superintendent Jim Sebert says Smith has done a good job for the district especially with the changes in assessments over the years. Smith has been with the District for seven years he started as an assistant principal at Woodworth Middle School. Smith was a science teacher with the Freedom School District when he came to Fond du Lac. Sebert says Smith has a chance at advancement and will be leaving at the end of the academic year in June. Smith will become the Co-Director of Instructional Services for the Waupaca and Winneconne School Districts.
