Rider falls off motorcycle flown to hospital with serious injuries

On Friday, June 12, 2026, at approximately 6:25 p.m., the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a 911 call reporting a motorcycle crash on County Highway T near County Highway W in the Town of Forest. The caller reported that a passenger had fallen from the motorcycle. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office, along with Mount Calvary Fire and First Responders, Mount Calvary Ambulance, City of Fond du Lac Ambulance, and ThedaStar, responded to the scene.

The investigation determined that the motorcycle was traveling west on County Highway T, west of Wagner Road, when the passenger fell off. The operator immediately stopped and rendered aid. The operator, a 54-year-old man from Fond du Lac, was not injured. The passenger, a 44-year-old Fond du Lac woman, sustained serious injuries and was flown by ThedaStar to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Neenah for treatment. Neither the operator nor the passenger was wearing a helmet.

Speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash. The incident remains under investigation by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office.
