Rock For Hope Today At Hamilton Park In FDL

Salute the Troops, along with other local nonprofits and small businesses, will host Rock for Hope, a free, family concert at Hamilton Park in Fond du Lac today.  Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership Executive Director Amy Hansen says she’s glad to see the event being held in Hamilton Park, which she says is under utilized.The event will feature artists who have veterans in the band, as well as one additional group who is donating their services to this event. Guests will enjoy the sounds by Courier, Warrior Songs, Zakk Daniel, the J Ryan Trio, Vets on Frets, and Guilty. The free concert is an alcohol-free family event that will have food vendors, a bounce house, as well as a petting zoo. Hours for the event are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
