NFL:

Green Bay 34, San Francisco 17

–Aaron Rodgers threw four touchdown passes – his fourth, four touchdown game of the season, as the Packers cruised past the shorthanded 49ers on the road Thursday night.

The Packers wasted no time jumping out to a lead in Thursday’s game, with Aaron Jones leading the way down the field on the opening drive. Rodgers would connect with Davante Adams for the first score of the night on a 36 yard pass with 11:42 left in the opening quarter, to cap a six-play, 75-yard drive that took just 3:18 off the clock.

San Francisco would get a short field goal from Robbie Gould to make the score 7-3 with under a minute left in the first quarter. It was all Packers after that, as Rodgers would connect with Marcedes Lewis once and Marquez Valdes-Scantling twice, part of a 27-0 run to put Green Bay up 34-3 with just over 6 minutes to play in the game.

The 49ers would get two scores in the final five minutes of the contest, including a touchdown run from Jerick McKinnon with four seconds left, to create the final margin.
