Rosendale-Brandon School District looking for offers on soon to be available building and land

The Rosendale-Brandon School District is seeking proposals for the sale and proposed use of the Brandon School property located at 200 W Bowen St. in Brandon.

The 61,900 square foot building on approximately 12 acres is expected to be vacated in the fall of 2025 after district voters approved a referendum which authorized the district to invest $35.7 million into improvements at the current Rosendale Intermediate site to serve district-wide grades 4K-5 and the current Laconia High location to serve grades 6-12.

When additions and renovations are completed to the other schools by the fall of 2025, the District will be able to consolidate from four campuses to two. This will result in the closing of two school buildings, the Rosendale Primary School and the Brandon Elementary School.

The District has already sought proposals for the Rosendale School property and the Board will be reviewing those offers in the coming weeks.

Interested parties can view the proposal and other documents on the District website at www.rbsd.us/request-for-proposal/

Proposals are due no later than noon on April 30, 2024.
