Rosendale Intermediate and Brandon Elementary schools honored

U.S. News & World Reports recently published its rankings of public elementary schools, and the news is fantastic! Rosendale Intermediate School and Brandon Elementary School placed among the top 40% of elementary schools in the state of Wisconsin, making them both U.S. News Best Elementary Schools.

To create each state’s rankings, schools were assessed on their shares of students who were proficient or above proficient in their mathematics and reading/language arts state assessments. Half of the formula assessed the scores themselves and the other half incorporated the test results in the context of socioeconomic demographics. In other words, the top-ranked schools are all high-achieving and have succeeded at educating all their students.

This level of student success is only possible due to the hard work and dedication of students, parents, staff and community members. Thank you for your efforts; let’s keep working together to help our students grow!

Rosendale Intermediate School serves Rosendale area students in grades four and five. Brandon Elementary School serves Brandon areas students grades 4K through five.
