Rosenthal Runs For FDL County Treasurer

A candidate for Fond du Lac County Treasurer says she has the experience to do the job. Joan Rosenthal has over 40 years experience in the public sector. She says 34 of those years were in banking and the financial industry doing things like lending, audit controls, cash controls, and collections. She says she also was part of the audit staff for the northeastern sector of Wisconsin. Currently she works for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her mother-in-law is former County Treasurer Patricia Rosenthal who she talked to before deciding to run for the office. She says County Treasurer is a position she has always been passionate about. She says she has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. She says she enjoys working with the public. Rosenthal faces County Board Supervisor Brenda Schneider in the August 9th primary. Both are running as Republicans. The winner faces no opposition in November. (Facebook photo).
