Sales Of Existing Homes Down In September In FDL County

Sales of existing homes in Fond du Lac County were down 8.3 percent in September compared to the same month a year ago. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association 132 homes were sold last month compared to 144 in September of 2016. The median price of a home was up by 3.2 percent to $129,750. Year to date home sales in the County are down 4.3 percent while the median price of a home is up by nearly 10 percent.
