Salvation Army “Miracle $73,000 Match” Extended to December 31

The winter storm froze the red kettles before Christmas, keeping away bell ringers and donations. Now, it’s up to us to turn up the heat and help the Fond du Lac Salvation Army reach its campaign goal. Money desperately needed to continue its work as one of Fond du Lac County’s most trusted helping hands.
To get The Salvation Army to its $225,000 goal, a host of community members have launched a “Miracle” $73,000 Kettle MATCH, which is now extended through the end of the year.
You can help by making a contribution into any red kettle, by going online at www.safdl.org, by texting FDLKettle to 24365, or by mailing or dropping off a donation to the FDL Salvation Army office at 237 N. Macy Street and use the after hour drop box if needed. Make checks payable to: The Salvation Army FDL Kettles, and note “match” on the memo line.
Love Beyond…let’s show that to the Salvation Army, and help them reach the kettle campaign goal.
The Kettle Campaign supports operating costs and fuel Fond du Lac County’s largest food pantry and summer Brown Bag Lunch giveaway; the County’s only winter warming shelter; free youth programs and summer camps; and Fond du Lac’s oldest Christmas toy, food and gift outreach.
