School Board Meets Monday, Updates Given On School Year, Sports

Parents, students and families will get an update tonight on the status for the upcoming school year, as well as changes that may be in store for the upcoming fall sports season, as the Fond du Lac School board is set to meet for the final time this month. 

Interim Superintendent Sharon Simon is set to give more details on the opening of the 2020/2021 school year, which is set for September 1^st. The district has been in discussions with other districts as well as the County Health Department in regards to the opening. Also on the agenda is an update on the fall sports season. 

Fond du Lac High School Athletic Director Dave Michalkiewicz has his work cut out for him, as the high school looks to make final decisions on whether football will play this fall yet or move to spring. The School Board is set to meet Monday night starting at 5 p.m.
