Sentencing Delayed for Former Correctional Officer

A former Fox Lake Correctional officer convicted of sexually assaulting multiple inmates will have to wait a bit longer to learn his sentence. A sentencing hearing for 34-year old Alex Andre Wouts was originally set for 9:00am Friday morning – but a judge has agreed to push it back to August 31^st. 

Wouts was found guilty on five counts of 2^nd Degree Sexual Assault by Correctional Staff. He faces up to 125 years in prison and another 75 years on extended supervision.
