Sex Offender Notification Meeting In Eldorado

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department will host a community notification meeting about the release of a 56-year-old sex offender from the Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center. The notification hearing about the release of Steven Feldmann will be at the Eldorado Community Center at 6:30 p.m. next Wednesday. Feldmann was recently granted conditional release and will be living at N8578 Nitschke Road in Van Dyne beginning May 4th.  His convictions date back to 1979 and include attempted sexual assault charges. In 2005 he finished his prison term and was confined as a sexually violent person. Feldmann will be under high risk sex offender supervision and will be on GPS monitoring.
