–Andrew Bullock went 6 for 6 with a double, two home runs, five RBI and four runs scored as the Dock Spiders crushed Rockford Thursday night. Fondy tallied season highs in runs (17) and hits (18) in the win as they moved back to .500 at 31-31 on the year. The two teams meet again tonight, first pitch is 6:35 pm from Rockford.

–Keon Broxton’s RBI single in the 5th inning proved to be the difference as the Brewers won the rubber match and the series over St. Louis at Miller Park on Thursday afternoon. Jesus Aguilar homered in the 3rd inning in the win for Milwaukee, who had a solid outing from Matt Garza on the mound. He went 4 & ⅔ innings, allowing a run on four hits while striking out four. Corey Knebel earned his 20th save of the season with a scoreless ninth. The Brewers open a three-game interleague series with Tampa Bay tonight. Brandon Woodruff makes his major league debut on the mound, while the Rays counter with Jacob Faria. Pregame coverage begins at 5:35, first pitch at 6:10 pm on KFIZ.

The Packers held their first nighttime practice of camp last night, which was actually moved indoors because of a chance of rain. The Packers will hold evening practice tonight at 6:15, with Family Night at Lambeau Field on Saturday. The first preseason game against Philadelphia is next Thursday.
