Aaron Rodgers threw for 139 yards and 2 TDs in Green Bay’s 31-21 preseason win over Oakland at Lambeau Field.  The Packers wrap up the preseason next Thursday when they host Kansas City.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.  The kickoff is set for 6pm.

Josh Harrison homered, doubled and drove in 5 as Pittsburgh beat the Brewers 8-3 on Friday night at Miller Park.  Ryan Braun hit his 16^th homer of the season in the loss.  The series continues on Saturday night.  Coverage begins at 5:35pm on KFIZ.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (SabreAthletics.com) – Marian University Director of Athletics Jason Bartelt has announced, today, Aug. 22, the hiring of Dan Allen as the new head coach of the men’s and track & field and cross country programs. Allen arrives at Marian by way of Augustana College (S.D.), a member of the ever-competitive Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference in NCAA Division II. The Waite Park, Minn. native served as a graduate assistant track & field and cross country coach for the Vikings.

The Fond du Lac girls tennis team went 2-1 at the Fondy Quad on Friday.  Nicole Feltz went 3-0 at #1 singles.
