The Packers
officially announced the signing of wide receiver James Jones on Monday. To make room for Jones on the roster they cut
WR Myles White. Jones returns to
past weekend after spending his 1st seven NFL seasons in Titletown.
The Packers
also announced some signings to their practice squad. Ted Thompson says they have inked; Signed to
the practice squad were WR Jared Abbrederis, LB Carl Bradford, RB John Crockett,
CB Robertson Daniel, TE Justin Perillo, DT Christian Ringo, G Matt Rotheram, LB
James Vaughters and T Jeremy Vujnovich to the squad.
The Brewers
collected 15 hits in a 9-1 win over the Miami Marlins on Monday afternoon in
Davis drilled his 18th homer this season. Zach Davies gave up one run and 4 hits in
seven innings to notch his 1st Big League win. The series continues tonight. Coverage begins at 5:35pm on KFIZ.

Fowler’s final round 68 pushed him past Henrick Stenson to win the Deutsche
Bank Championship in round 2 of the FedEx Cups Playoffs. Fowler finished the event at -15 with Stenson
at -14.
native Jerry Kelly finished tied for 9th at -7. Kelly’s top 10 finished vaulted him from 94th
to 65th in the FedEx Cup points and qualifies him for the BMW
Championship and keeps him alive in the FedEx Cup Playoffs.
The Boston
Sharks won the 2015 ASA 10 Man Modified Pitch National Championship on Sunday
at
Green Bay two times on Sunday night to claim the championship. The defending champion, Press Box Blue Sox of
Fond du Lac took 3rd place.
Forest won
the East Shore League baseball championship on Sunday with a 14-3 win over
the final two games of the best of three series to win the title.
