State Patrol Aerial Enforcement Today In FDL County

The Wisconsin State Patrol announced Monday that Fond du Lac County is one of four counties that will have aerial enforcement in place this week.

Hwy. 26 in Fond du Lac County will be the focus Tuesday. According to the State Patrol, the aerial enforcement makes it easier for law enforcement to spot speeding or aggressive driving. Once a violation is observed from the skies, the pilot contacts a trooper on the ground who initiates the traffic stop.

Also included in the aerial enforcement this week will be Rock, Dane and Eau Claire counties.
