Take Back Drug Drop Events This Weekend

Prescription Drug Take Back events are scheduled throughout the area today and Saturday. North Fond du Lac Police Chief Darren Pautsch says because they now have their own drug drop box at the Municipal building their drop off will be there from 10 a.m. to Noon Saturday. He says the new drug drop box has worked out very well for them. He says it’s a great way to safely dispose of old and unused prescription drugs. Campbellsport, Ripon and Waupun Police Departments also have new drug drop boxes. Residents can drop off their drugs at the Campbellsport Police Department today from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Police Department in Ripon’s will also be available today all day and the Waupun Police Department has their grand opening for their drug drop box from 10 a.m. to Noon Saturday. Dodge County’s program is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lebanon Town Hall.
