Teen who stabbed and ran over teen girl, convicted for attempted first-degree intentional homicide in plea deal

The Fall River man accused of stabbing and running over a teen girl in 2022 outside the Beaver Dam Walmart pleaded no contest in a plea deal.
Dylan Lenz appeared in court Monday, where he pleaded no contest to attempted first-degree intentional homicide by use of a dangerous weapon.
With that plea, the judge found him guilty of the attempted homicide charge with charges of aggravated battery, first-degree reckless injury, hit-and-run causing great bodily harm and misdemeanor battery being dismissed.
Lenz met the girl that night for the first time after talking to her previously on the social media site snap chat. Lenz drove to Beaver Dam to meet the girl and used a box cutter to try and kill her in the vehicle. She was able to escape the vehicle but Lenz drove after her, striking her twice before fleeing the scene. Police used surveillance footage from Walmart to obtain a license plate that listed to Lenz.
