Three arrested after drugs found during Waupun traffic stop

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office announced that it arrested three people after a “significant amount” of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia were found in their car earlier this month.

A Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputy made a traffic stop in Waupun on March 20th and noted signs of impairment and “suspicious behavior,” in the Three occupants of the vehicle. Assistance was called for from a Dodge County K9 officer on duty at the time.

K-9 Cade detected the scent of drugs coming from the car so a search was done. As a result, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia were found and all three people, all from Oshkosh, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The driver was also charged with operating under the influence. (second offense)
