Three Injured in Crash on Highway 151 in Dodge County

Three people were injured in a crash on Highway 151 in the
Dodge County Town of Chester early Saturday morning. The Dodge County Sheriff’s
Office says the crash happened just after 4 am at the intersection with Oakwood
Road when a car being driven west on Oakwood Road was attempting to cross the
northbound lanes of Highway 151 to turn south on the highway. That car was hit
by a car being driven north on 151. The driver of the southbound car sustained
serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Waupun Memorial Hospital for
treatment. A driver and passenger in the northbound car were taken to Beaver
Dam Community Hospital with minor injuries. Assisting at the scene were the
Waupun Police and Fire Departments and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
