Three men with drug records detained after Fond du Lac County traffic stop

Three men were taken into custody overnight after a traffic stop near the south side of Fond du Lac.

At 11:54 p.m. a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled over a vehicle on Highway 175, or south Main Street over Highway 151.

Upon making contact with the three occupants of the vehicle, the officer noted a white powdery substance he believed to be drugs throughout the car and on some of the occupants.

Because it was thought the suspects had attempted to dispose of the drugs by ingesting them, an ambulance was called to check on two of the men.

It was learned that all three men had prior drug histories and one was wanted in Fond du Lac County for a failure to appear in court charge in April of this year.

No other information is known as far as if the men will face charges in this incident.
