Three people taken into custody after search warrant executed in Oshkosh

In a coordinated operation, the Oshkosh Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force served an arrest warrant at a residence in the 600 Block of Jackson Street in the City of Oshkosh on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

U.S. Marshals notified the Oshkosh Police Department about information regarding a 39-year-old male from Milwaukee who was believed to be staying at a residence in Oshkosh. This male had a felony warrant for his arrest. Based upon this information and subsequent investigations, an arrest warrant was served at this residence.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., Detectives from the Oshkosh Police Department and the U.S. Marshals served the warrant and located several individuals inside of the home. During the course of serving the warrant, three individuals were taken into custody.

The 39-year-old male was taken into custody for a felony warrant for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and for Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. A 33-year-old female from Milwaukee was arrested for Resisting/ Obstructing an Officer and Harboring/Aiding a Felon. A 31-year-old female from Oshkosh was arrested for a warrant for Failure to Appear for Operating While Revoked (Revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
