Two Arrested in Prostitution Bust at Clyman Strip Club

Dodge County deputies shut down a strip club after making two prostitution-related arrests on Thursday. During a routine bar check, deputies reportedly found an employee of the Hardware Store Gentlemen’s Club in Clyman performing a sex act on a customer for money.  

A 25-year old Milwaukee woman and 64-year old Columbus man were taken into custody. The owner of the club was told the business would have to be shut down for the rest of the day. 

Sheriff Dale Schmidt plans to provide further information about the case to the village board. Schmidt expressed concern over the links to sex trafficking and prostitution in the case – and says it’s important to assist women who may be caught in that lifestyle get out safely.
