Two crashes within an hour keep Fond du Lac County emergency responders busy

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department responded to two injury crashes Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Just before 7 p.m., North Fond du Lac Ambulance and Van Dyne First Responders along with deputies responded to a single vehicle crash on Lakeshore Road at Lincoln Road in the northern part of the county. Units on scene reported only minor injuries in that crash.

A short time later at around 7:30, a report of a motorcyclist crashing near St Peter came in.

In this crash, responding units found the driver on the front lawn of a residence on WH near Kiekhaefer Parkway after he struck a tree. The driver was reported to be wearing a helmet but sustained facial injuries according to units on scene.Mt Calvary Fire and Ambulance responded to this crash.
