Two Hurt In Rollover Accident

Two people were hurt in a one-vehicle rollover accident on I-41 south of Fond du Lac County Highway B Friday morning. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Ryan Waldschmidt says the State Patrol is investigating the accident, but from what is known a car was trying to avoid debris in the roadway from a blown semi tractor trailer tire. The car swerved to avoid the debris, lost control and rolled over. The two occupants in the car were taken to St. Agnes Hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies, Eden Fire Department, and Fond du Lac City Ambulance also responded to the scene. The accident was reported shortly before 8 a.m.
