Volunteer Reception Center Open Again Monday for Flood Cleanup

A volunteer reception center will be open again Monday for
people interested in helping with cleanup efforts following flooding in the
City of Fond du Lac. The United Way will again be hosting the center at Pilgrim
United Church of Christ at 535 Stow Street, with hours of 1 until 4 pm.
Volunteers will be registered and assigned to assist to areas of greatest need –
the majority of which fall within the City of Fond du Lac. Volunteers are again
asked to bring a form of identification and have appropriate cold and wet
weather clothing. Another Volunteer Reception Center will be opened next
weekend. People with questions can call the United Way at 920-979-7313, and
groups and organizations are encouraged to pre-register their availability with
the United Way throughout the week.

Residents affected by the flooding are also reminded to
call 2-1-1 to report flood damage and/or identify needs you may have.
