Voting Down to Final 8 of the “Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin”

Voting continues to determine the “Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin”,
and three area companies, including Fond du Lac’s own Mercury Marine, are represented
in the Top Eight. Mercury Racing’s 450R Outboard Motor is among those final
eight products, along with John Deere Horicon Works’ X739 Signature Series Lawn
Tractor, and Mayville Engineering Company’s 400 Defender Clay Target Machine.
Those products along with items manufactured in Rice Lake, Jefferson, Sturgeon
Bay, Stevens Point and Burlington make up the final eight, with voting in this round
continuing through Sunday. The top four will be announced Monday, with the
final round of voting set to run from October 1^st through the 8^th.
The winner of the “Coolest Thing Made In Wisconsin” will be announced then on
