Waupun High School Senior Named Presidential Scholar

A Waupun High School senior is one of three Wisconsin high school seniors named Presidential Scholars. Dylon Pokorny is a U.S. Presidential Scholar in Career and Technical Education, one of just 20 named nationwide. As part of their application materials each scholar named a most influential teacher. Pokorny chose his high school agriculture teacher Tari Costello. He was among 161 students nationwide named Presidential Scholars.
