Waupun Truck Show Detours

Waupun Police are reminding drivers there will be detours in place for the Waupun Truck and Show Parades in the City on today and tomorrow. The detours will be in place from 8:45 p.m. to 11 p.m. tonight and from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Saturday. State Highway 49 will be closed from Gateway Drive. to Fox Lake Road. State Highway 26 will be closed from East Spring St to East Jefferson St., but will be accessible to local traffic.

The State Highway 49 detour route consists of travelling from the east into the city of Waupun on 49, south on Shaler Drive, west on East Lincoln Street, north on Rens Way, and north on Fox Lake Road.

The detour for State Highway 26 traffic entering the city of Waupun from the north will be rerouted north onto the Frontage Road, east on State Highway 26, south on Highway 151 and can use the provided detour to access State Highway 26 southbound and Business Highway 151 southbound within the city of Waupun.
