Waupun Woman Bound Over For Trial On Felony Theft Charge

The former Waupun Schools secretary that allegedly stole money from school accounts has been bound over for trial on a felony theft charge. Forty-five-year-old Kathleen Schwark of Waupun recently was in Fond du Lac County Court for a preliminary hearing. Schwark used to work at the Meadowview Primary School and the thefts occurred at that time. She is free on a $2,500 signature bond.
