West Bend Pot Grower Pleads

The 56-year-old West Bend man who ran a marijuana grow operation out of his home has pled guilty to a reduced charge. Gregg Mueller pled guilty to a marijuana trafficking charge when he appeared in Washington County Court this week. Authorities found 220 marijuana plants and growing equipment during a search of his home. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and a sentencing hearing has been scheduled for April 7th.
