WIAA State Track & Field Meet – at UW-La Crosse (Day 2 Results):

Boys Shot Put:

Division One: Fond du Lac’s Andrew Stone defends his State Championship, winning the title for the second year in a row with a throw of 61’3”.

Boys Pole Vault:

Division Two: Jarrod Vis of Waupun placed third with a vault of 14-3.00. Ripon’s Hunter Cook tied for fourth place with a vault of 13-6.00.

Boys Triple Jump:

Division Two: Mayville’s Dylun Logston took 14th place with a jump of 40-11.00.

Boys 100 Meter Dash:

Division Two: Ripon’s Carter Hahn placed fifth with a time of 11.09.

Boys 400 Meter Dash:

Division Three: Derek O’Leary of St. Mary’s Springs placed fifth with a time of 51.06.

Boys 800 Meter Run:

Division Two: Waupun’s Josh McLinn placed fourth with a time of 1:57.53

Division Three: Isaac Shannon of St. Mary’s Springs placed 13th with a time of 2:03.83

Boys 1600 Meter Run:

Division Three: Isaac Shannon of St. Mary’s Springs placed fourth with a time of 4:28.39

Boys 4×100 Meter Relay:

Division One: Fond du Lac’s team placed seventh with a time of 43.03

Division Two: Waupun’s team placed 10th with a time of 44.38

Boys 4×200 Meter Relay:

Division Two: Laconia’s team of Cooper Kastenschmidt, Cody Leonard, Kyle Johnson and Jake Davies placed seventh with a time of 1:31.51

Division Three: Winnebago Lutheran’s team of Josh Huey, Kalan Narance, Gideon Wenig and Donovan Schwartz placed ninth with a time of 1:34.41

Boys 4×400 Meter Relay:

Division Three: St. Mary’s Springs team of Derek O’Leary, Spenser Spranger, Isaac Shannon and Jake Hoch placed eighth with a time of 3:31.98

Girls Discus Throw:

Division One: Fond du Lac High School’s Gianna Trotter took second place overall with a throw of 136’5”.

Girls Shot Put:

Division Two: Waupun’s Kelli Bonack finished in 13th place with a throw of 35-4.25. Mayville’s Syd Schultz placed 15th with a throw of 35’0.75”, while her teammate Emily Schellpfeffer placed 16th with a throw of 31’2.75”.

Girls High Jump:

Division Three: Lexi Franz from St. Mary’s Springs placed 11th with a jump of 5-0.00. Mady Friese of Central Wisconsin Christian placed 18th with a jump of 4-8.00.

Girls Long Jump:

Division Three: Kendall Ahern from St. Mary’s Springs placed 8th with a jump of 16-4.75.

Girls 400 Meter Dash:

Division Three: Allison Taylor of St. Mary’s Springs placed seventh with a time of 1:00.68

Girls 3,200 Meter Run:

Division One: Fond du Lac’s Madison Hughes placed 15th with a time of 11:23.43

Girls 4×200 Meter Relay:

Division Three: St. Mary’s Springs’ team of Peyton Walters, Allison Taylor, Kendall Ahern and Leah Flitter took second place with a time of 1:46.08

Girls 4×400 Meter Relay:

Division Three: St. Mary’s Springs’ team of Peyton Walters, Kendall Ahern, Leah Flitter and Allison Taylor took seventh place with a time of 4:11.43

Girls 300 Meter Hurdles:

Division One: Fond du Lac’s Brooke McDowell placed sixth with a time of 45.12
