Winter Parking Restrictions Begin Today in FDL, NFDL

We’ve already had a taste of winter – but today is the
official start of Winter Parking Restrictions in the City of Fond du Lac and
the Village of North Fond du Lac.

Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect from November
15^th to March 15^th, and limit parking to the even or odd
numbered side of the street, depending on the day. Between 8 pm and 8 am on
even numbered days – parking is restricted to the even numbered side of the
street only. Between 8 pm and 8 am on odd numbered days, parking is restricted
the odd numbered side of the street.

Police say the winter parking rules supersede any other
parking restrictions on a street – and remind residents that the rules are in effect
whether or not there is snow on the ground or in the forecast.
