Woman pulled from Green Bay River identified

Green Bay Police have identified the body that was pulled from the East River on April 23, 2025.

The person was identified as 26-year-old Arlene Cooper.

Cooper was found by a passerby around 4:45 pm on the 23rd near the 500 block of Eastman Avenue. Police say they don’t suspect foul play in her death.
