Wrong Way Driver Arrested On Hwy. 151

An early morning call to report a wrong-way driver ends up with one person being arrested.

The FDL County Dispatch Center was notified just after 1:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, of a driver who was driving northbound in the southbound lane of Hwy. 151, near County Rd. TC outside of Oakfield.

Deputies were able to pull the vehicle over, which was being operated by a 29-year old male. A search warrant was obtained, resulting in the driver being cited for Possession of THC, and Possession of Open Intoxicants. The man was also cited for Operating while Intoxicated and Operating Without A License.
