19-year-old Brown County girl arrested after leading officers from 5 jurisdictions in 3 different counties on pursuits that reached 130 mph
At about 1:43 pm on November 6, 2025, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a series of pursuits that started in Winnebago County by a Trooper of the Wisconsin State Patrol and was followed by an active pursuit by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, just north of the Dodge County Line. Fond du Lac County Deputies lost sight of the vehicle and were forced to terminate the pursuit. The suspect vehicle was later reported to be in the Juneau area and then reported to be headed toward Beaver Dam on County W. A Beaver Dam officer initiated a traffic pursuit in the City of Beaver Dam and after a pursuit in and around the city of Beaver Dam, the car eventually fled south out of the City of Juneau on County G. The Beaver Dam Officer lost sight of the car and the pursuit was terminated.
During that pursuit, a member of the sheriff’s office attempted to lay down stop sticks, but the driver evaded them in a reckless manner, nearly striking the Dodge County Sheriff Detective.
The sheriff’s office deployed numerous squads around the area and was able to track the car to the Reeseville area. The sheriff received a phone call from a Reeseville resident who had located the suspect vehicle in the trailer court in Reeseville. Shortly after, another resident in the area saw the suspects run out of a field and get into a second vehicle. Deputies were able to stop that vehicle and were able to take the occupants into custody.
The alleged driver of the vehicle involved in the pursuits, identified as Isabella Bomske, age 19 of De Pere, was arrested by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office for reckless endangerment of safety and criminal operating without a valid driver’s license. Charges are also likely from the other jurisdictions involved with their pursuits for knowingly fleeing a law enforcement officer. There is no charge for knowingly fleeing an officer from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, as our staff were never directly involved in what can be proven as knowingly fleeing from our agency.
Of course, all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
We are thankful that Bomske is off the roadway after endangering the safety of citizens in 3 counties. A reminder to all persons who consider fleeing law enforcement that if you flee from law enforcement, particularly in Dodge County, you will be held accountable. In addition, when you knowingly endanger a law enforcement officer or member of the public by driving at or near them in an effort to evade, it will certainly enhance the resolve of the sheriff’s office to hold you accountable for the crime of recklessly endangering safety.
There are currently no videos or photos available from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office related to this case, as an open and active investigation continues.
Sheriff Schmidt would like to thank the citizens who paid attention and assisted in locating this subject so she could be taken into custody.
