A 22-year-old Fond du Lac man was taken into custody after briefly attempting to outrun a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy Friday night, November 14, 2025, in the city of Fond du Lac.

At 9:14 p.m. the deputy observed a vehicle doing 50 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone eastbound on W. Scott Street near Pearl Lane.
