Cash bond in the millions of dollars set for woman who allegedly killed another woman in Fond du Lac

The two people involved in the February 13th, 2024 homicide of Ashley Calo in Fond du Lac appeared in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court yesterday, February 20, 2024 and had their bonds set in the millions of dollars.

33-year-old Annaka Trudell of Fond du Lac, though not officially charged yet, is facing charges of first-degree reckless homicide and had her bond set at $2 million cash.
Dawson Miller, a 21-year-old Fond du Lac man, was also arrested for harboring/aiding a felon. His bond was set at $1 million cash.

Fond du Lac County Assistant District Attorney Gordon Leech told the judge that it appears it may have been a drug transaction that led to the death of Calo at the hands of Ms. Trudell.
