Kewaskum child daycare closed by police amidst criminal investigation

Police in Kewaskum are investigating a child day care in the village but aren’t saying what the situation is.

Thursday, July 25, 2024, the department posted on it’s Facebook page that the Forever Friends Learning Center would be closed due to an ongoing criminal investigation and a means to find child care was suggested for those left needing child care due to the closing.

Community Facebook pages were full of local residents talking about the closure with most saying they have had good experiences with the day care and its likely nothing more than an allegation that needs to be investigated, while a select few were saying they knew what it was and it’s serious and the truth will come out soon.

Kewaskum Police said no other details would be released at this time.
