Wisconsin Bike Fed’s 2025 Ride Across Wisconsin Event Provides Fresh Views and Experiences for Bicyclists

The Wisconsin Bike Fed is proud to announce that registration is now open for the 10th Ride Across Wisconsin (RAW) on July 12, 2025.

The Bike Fed’s largest fundraiser of the year will kick off and conclude at Phoenix Park in downtown Eau Claire, WI.

Welcoming riders from Wisconsin, the United States, and internationally, RAW features a well-marked course, offering two route options: 180 miles or 100 miles, full-service ride support provided by Wheel & Sprocket and Compass Bike Lab, plus rest stops to refuel along the route.

The route takes riders south of Eau Claire, winding through the rolling hills of North Trempealeau County, before heading back through Eau Claire County (where riders can shorten the 180-mile ride to 100 miles if needed). Riders will continue through Chippewa and Dunn Counties, eventually returning to Eau Claire. Along the way, riders will enjoy refreshments at memorable rest stops including working farms, the Leinie Lodge, and Wisconsin’s top photo destination, Dells Mill, a historic five-story structure built in 1864.

RAW also offers a 13.5 mile family ride that explores Eau Claire, the “City of Bridges.” With two rivers and a lake in the heart of town, there are some amazing bridges to be crossed. On this special route riders will cross ten bridges (a few multiple times, and eight of which are pedestrian/bike-only), as well as enjoy five city parks, ride through two tunnels, and see many sights along the way.

Participants can sign up for a full VIP option that includes RAW apparel, two nights lodging in Eau Claire, a family meal, plus the chance to win a Trek Domane SL7 Gen 4.

After crossing the finish line at Phoenix Park, riders will be welcomed with an epic finish line party to celebrate their accomplishments.

“Cycling around Eau Claire offers a scenic and enjoyable experience, with a mix of well-maintained roads, trails, and picturesque views,” explains Bike Fed Event Manager, Heather Rainer. “The city is surrounded by lush forests, rolling hills, and rivers, creating a perfect backdrop for cyclists.”

RAW is an excellent opportunity to experience Wisconsin by bike, connect with the cycling community, and push personal limits. Support of RAW helps to make cycling in Wisconsin better for everyone. RAW is the cycling event that directly benefits people who ride a bike with proceeds going to Wisconsin Bike Fed programs that improve bike infrastructure, promote safety, and advance bike-friendly legislation.

Businesses and communities interested in information on how to support riders, RAW, and the Bike Fed through sponsorship opportunities may contact Events Manager Heather Rainer at heather@wisconsinbikefed.org.

As always, RAW promises to be fun, epic, and hard – but worth it.
