Fond du Lac Police investigate armed robbery Saturday night

At about 9:48 PM Saturday, January 18, 2025, officers were dispatched to the R-Store gas station at 351 Fond du Lac Avenue for the report of an armed robbery.

According to the caller, a white male wearing a mask brandished a knife. Officers from the City of Fond du Lac Police and the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office responded and set up a perimeter.

A police K9 was brought in to track but was not able to come up with much.

Officers will be utilizing security camera footage and doorbell cameras in the area.

It’s unknown what, if anything was taken in the robbery. According to the store’s hours listed on Google, the robbery would have occurred just minutes before the store was set to close.
