Fond du Lac Education Association Announces Support for April School District Referendum

The Fond du Lac Education Association (FEA) has formally announced its support for the Fond du Lac School District Referendum, which will appear on the April ballot.
The decision was made during the FEA’s January General Membership Meeting, where educators discussed the potential impact of the referendum on student achievement. The referendum, if approved, will address critical funding needs within the district to ensure continued growth in student success.
During the meeting, FEA members highlighted recent improvements in student achievement and expressed concerns about the negative consequences of a failed referendum.
“Educators have seen firsthand the progress our students have made in recent years, thanks to the resources and support provided by the district,” said FEA President Andy Brault. “Without the
additional funding from the referendum, our schools will face difficult decisions that could hinder this progress and limit opportunities for our students.”
FEA members remain committed to advocating for measures that prioritize student success and provide the necessary resources for high-quality education.
