Part of Main Street closed this week during construction. Businesses still accessible

Main Street in the City of Fond du Lac, from Court Street to Western Avenue will be closed throughout the week of July 14 – 18, 2025.

Crews will be installing a new water main in this area and will continue removing concrete like sidewalk slabs and ramps.

Main Street businesses will remain open and accessible however throughout this closure, and parking on side streets and city lots is readily available.

This area of roadway was already under construction as part of the Main Street Rehabilitation project which is set to be completed the first week of September.
