SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Pediatrics team member receives BEE Award

Chloe Krumbein, an SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Pediatrics Patient Access Representative II, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.
Krumbein was nominated by a patient who wrote:
“Chloe is just amazing. She is a ray of sunshine no matter what the situation is in her department. I have been bringing my kids to pediatrics for the last five years. She knows both kids by name as soon as we walk into the department. She always works hard to get appointments scheduled in a timely manner. She always expresses interest in what the kids are telling her. She has stickers ready to go and remembers who my daughter’s favorite characters are, even if she is only in the office two to three times a year. She never gets upset when I have called to make an appointment and immediately call back to change it because I neglected to look at my calendar first. I have watched her interact with other receptionists and nursing staff; she is a kind teacher and always seems happy to help. Chloe is an asset to the Pediatrics department. She always shows compassion to staff and patients and is committed to living the mission and values of SSM Health.”
The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
