I-41 crashes block traffic two days in a row

For a second day in a row, traffic was severely impacted on I-41 due to a crash. This time in Outagamie County.
At around 7:40 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, a four vehicle crash involving a semi occurred in the northbound lanes north of Kaukauna. The crash blocked both lanes, backing up traffic for miles.

No serious injuries were reported in the crash. According to the Department of Transportation, the highway was closed for just over an hour.

On Tuesday, a semi vs SUV crash in Fond du Lac County caused significant delays on I-41.

The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of the highway around 1:20 pm near Lincoln Road. Though North Fond du Lac Ambulance was called to the scene, it was reported that no one was injured in the crash, but the back up it caused went all the way into Winnebago County, over two miles away.
